The EU guideline is up to 400 mg caffeine a day for adults. VYVO has 70 mg per can,
technically you have plenty of room. Listen to your body.
We recommend to check out EU guidelines as well as those proposed by Voedingscentrum. During pregnancy a maximum of 200mg caffeine is advised. For adolescents aged 14-18 the advised maximum is 120 mg caffeine. For reference, VYVO has 70mg caffeine.
